Door-to-Door
Outgrown your one or two bedroom apartment? Need to downsize your living space? All it takes is 30 days notice and available space. If we have availability in the size you want, your local community manager will work with you to make your transition to a larger or smaller apartment as smooth as possible.

Block-to-Block
*Equity owns multiple properties in cities across the country, so if a job change or family obligations makes it necessary for you to move across town, we're there for you. Local
relocation guidelines vary by market, so please see your Community Manager for all the details. We will be happy to customize a plan just for you!

Coast-to-Coast
With over 1000 communities in 35 states, national relocation is easy with Equity Residential Properties. Qualified residents in good standing can relocate to any other Equity Residential Property with only 30 days notice. Other benefits include: $100 relocation credit toward your first month's rent, $0 application fee, and no lease termination fee.
