In Florida, you have two builders to choose from: Beazer Homes & Ryland Homes. Rent credits can be applied toward your purchase price, home options, upgrades or closing costs with these builders.


20% of your monthly rent can be applied toward the purchase of a new home. Apply these credits up to 3% of the purchase price. Currently serving Tampa Bay, Orlando, Jacksonville, & Ft.
