Located in the Tampa metropolitan area, in the northwest portion of Hillsborough County, the focal point within this luxury rental apartment complex is the "town center." This innovative concept draws from the New Urbanism planning movement and will provide the look and feel of a traditional urban streetscape through the center of the community. The town center will feature a post office, bank, clubhouse and administrative offices along the street level. Apartments will be integrated into the second and third floors, along both sides of the main street.
