Orlando, this 370-unit luxury community is a true representative of "The Fine Art of Resort
Living." The Arbors at Kirkman Park was recognized by the Southeastern Builders Conference
as one of the outstanding projects in the Southeastern United States. The Arbors also received
five Aurora Awards, including one Grand Aurora for Architecture and one Grand Aurora for
Landscape Design. In addition, this project was the recipient of an Associated Landscape
Contractors of America Award for its excellence in landscaping, and a Pillar Award for Best
Site Plan in the United States. The project was developed by ZOM in 1991 and sold in 1994.
