The
Charleston is ZOM's ultra-luxury community located in the affluent Boca
Raton submarket of southeast Florida. This 188-unit "ultra-luxury" community
is comprised of two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans. Each building
contains only four units and all are arranged around two central lakes,
in a beautiful setting comprising 23 acres. The architectural elevations
at The Charleston resemble the Colonial-era homes of Charleston, South
Carolina, and the community is designed to capture the look and feel of
the "Old South."
