Park offers several single-family design features in a multifamily setting.
Each apartment home features an individual ground floor entrance. Each
unit in the community also features a private porch, most of which are
oriented towards the building side yard, not the street elevation. This
results in an easily supervised play area for small children, while maintaining
a clean and orderly street-side appearance.
The
community consists of forty two-bedroom/two-bath units and 168 three-bedroom/two-bath
units. The eight-plex building design allows each resident to enjoy corner
unit orientations, with a window in the kitchen area. All apartments feature
full size washer/dryer hook-ups, an eat-at bar in the kitchen, and separate
dining area.
Valencia
Park's common area amenities feature a large pavilion attached to the
leasing center and adjacent to the swimming pool and a tot-lot area. The
pavilion can be closely supervised from the clubhouse and will provide

children. The pavilion is the dominant architectural feature upon arrival
