The Arbors at Carrollwood in Tampa

The Arbors at Carrollwood includes not just apartments, but houses, complete with white picket fences, yards and front doors painted in a variety of vibrant colors. The focal point within this luxury rental apartment and single-family community is the "town center." This innovative concept encompasses the look and feel of a traditional urban streetscape through the center of the community.
