ZOM
Celebrates Grand Opening of
The Hamptons at Coral Springs
ORLANDO,
FL September 29, 2000 ZOM celebrated the grand opening of
The Hamptons at Coral Springs, which is their ultra-luxury rental apartment
community located adjacent to the prestigious Heron Bay Country Club in
Coral Springs, Florida, on Thursday, September 28, 2000.
A
distinguishing feature of this 294-unit, luxury community is the stately
grand clubhouse, which emulates a Bermuda plantation estate home overlooking
the residential villages. Clubhouse amenities include a state-of-the-art
fitness center with cardio-theater, fitness equipment, and a business
center/library. The two-story residential buildings create the ambience
and scale of a luxurious single-family home community. Standard features
include built-in media alcoves, expansive windows, crown moldings, architectural
archways, tray ceilings and bookshelves. Select apartment homes include
fireplaces, computer workstations with high-speed Internet access, and
kitchens with work islands and breakfast nooks. Residents have the option
to customize their residences with wood flooring, Berber carpet, upgraded
light and plumbing fixtures, closet/garage organizers, and accent wall
colors.

Patterson, President and CEO, congratulated all ZOM employees and other
members of the development team on their hard work and level of commitment,

an exceptional development each time we undertake a new project."
