TAPS STEPHENS AS
CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER
Orlando, FL - February 23, 2000 - Samuel C. “Trip” Stephens has been promoted to Chief Investment Officer of ZOM, Inc. and affiliated companies. A 14-year veteran of the Orlando-based ZOM group, Stephens directs the firm’s investment and asset management activities and will increasingly focus on identifying new investment opportunities.
ZOM has development and property management operations statewide and a current asset base of approximately $500 million. ZOM recently broke ground on The Waverly on Lake Eola, a 230-unit luxury high-rise apartment project in downtown Orlando.
