The Madison at SoHo is a 368-unit luxury rental apartment community in Tampa, Florida. The project is located between South Howard Avenue and Armenia Avenue, in what is commonly referred to as the "SoHo District" of south Tampa. This historic neighborhood is in the midst of both residential and retail re-development and has become an increasingly popular residential locale. The community is in close proximity to both the downtown Tampa and Westshore business districts, and the fashionable Hyde Park shopping district. The Madison at SoHo will offer a new and innovative urban product design, featuring two pods of three (3) story buildings, each with integrated parking structures.

Features

The Madison at SoHo is a newly conceived, innovative product design that will set a new standard in urban multifamily living. The 368 residential units will be housed within two distinct groupings of three (3) story buildings with interior courtyards, which will be accessible via two private and secure parking structures.

Each building pod will feature a central courtyard with a swimming pool and garden, and the project clubhouse will feature a fitness center, library/business center and entertainment facilities. Residents will have secure and direct access to each level of the apartment buildings via private parking structures that are connected to each building pod via covered walkways.

Unit amenities include the standard kitchen appliances, full-size washers and dryers, unit security alarms, central heat and air-conditioning systems, Roman tubs, walk-in closets, nine (9) foot ceiling heights, and a private patio/balcony area or bonus room (in most units).
